WILD HEART was a collaborative endeavor. Urban Rescue worked with two producers, one in Nashville and one in San Diego. Both represent and bring about the honesty we wanted people to hear in each song. We asked our Nashville producer, JOSH SILVERBERG, (who worked on "Never Stop", "Open Hands", "Wild Heart", and more) to share with us a little bit BEHIND THE SONGS.
Q: Hey Josh, what was it like working with Urban Rescue?
A: I don't even remember working, I just remember going out to the Ethiopian restaurant at night and being inspired by Jordan's great conversations and sense of hope.
Q: What was your favorite song to work on? and why?
A: Either Wild Heart or Never Stop. Anytime there are world beats involved it's a good time!
Q: What advice would you give to aspiring producers?
A: Please don't put too many tracks in your productions, and search for the emotional impact above all else.
ASK YOURSELF: Do I like what I'm doing? Would I listen to what I'm doing? Am I excited to sing/or play what I'm doing?
